Meet Brian and Kelly Hudson. They go to Mass on Sundays with their three children, have regular family dinners, and used to think they were doing everything right to raise their kids Catholic. Then their teenage daughter, Maggie, started questioning her faith—like so many young Catholics do. Brian and Kelly wondered where they went wrong and knew they needed to do something to help Maggie find God in her everyday life. So they all started using the Mass Journal. Little did they know the life-changing impact this one simple habit would have on their entire family.

CYM To begin the Advent season, the CYM youth created the symbols of the Jesse Tree, tracing our salvation history. Their creations were then presented during Adoration and were hung on the tree. They enjoyed this project and were very creative. We hope you enjoy them too.

The Homeless SleepOut was a great success! All of the 8th grade PSR students participated by spending the night outside with only a box for shelter. They were given a bottle of water and two hot dogs for the entire event. Each person fasted and prayed for a particular person or group of people. Besides getting to enjoy time with friends, students gained appreciation for simple things like warm water, socks and shoes. The class also collected donations of hats, gloves and money. They were then able to pack Blessing Bags that will be distributed in December to people in need. Thank you to all who donated and prayed for the success of our SleepOut!
